Hello
Possibly not specifically a tax question - but does anyone have practical experience of a SIPP acquiring a property to be used as a bed and breakfast? My initial research suggests that this may not be allowed as the SIPP member would derive a benefit from the property as he would have personal living areas.
I'm awaiting a response from our IFA with their thoughts, but in the meantime wondered whether anyone had come across this before.
