Stamp duty on dissolution of Bare trust

A is the beneficiary for some artisitc rights, held in bare trust by B. A wants to get rid of the trust and have both legal and beneficial interests. What are the stamp duty implications of this, if any?

This is not within the scope of stamp duty and therefore no stamp duty liability arises.
