Hi Big Rod, It depends where you are in Scotland as to who could do it but be very careful that you aren't coaxed by your past MSC provider to incorporate as there are a number of accountants/MSC providers who in spite of their previous blatant MSC publicity have since 6th April been trying to rely on their accountancy practices badge to try and distance themselves from the MSC provider badge see HMRC's site http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/employment-status/current.htm that shows they are wised up to what is going on. You could always do it yourself or find a professional by hitting the link to the right "Find A Professional"
