Statutory Year End A/Cs Sample Documents for a Ltd Co.

Hi

I'm looking for some sample documents showing me the correct Statutory format for submission of Year End Accounts to the HMRC and Companies House - I'd like a sample of both the Full Stat accounts format and the abbreviated version as well if someone can send me - i'm going to do my accounts myself as i've pretty much done my P&L and balance sheet already - i just need to get it in the correct format now for submission so would appreciate these sample documents - from research I know that each of the following items needs to be on the documents:
- Company Information
- Report to the Director
- Profit and Loss Account
- Balance Sheet
- Notes to Financial Statements
- Reports of the Accountants
- Trading, Profit & Loss Account (more detailed than the other P&L and has exps broken out)

I know most of the wording for the above information is in a set format, so its really just a case of fill in the blanks with the figures - so if someone has samples of these (both full length and abbreviated versions) I'd appreciate it.

Try the companies Act 2006, The statutory Format is in there.

Although youy will need xbrl tagging to submit them to HMRC, which may be your sticking point
