Tax position on UK pensions , when living overseas

I Have been living abroad for the last 10 years + , and have a couple of pensions becoming due later in the year ( Reaching 55)

As I understand it , I can drawdown 25% tax free , but is this still the same if I am non resident ??

The 25% tax free applies irrespective of residence status.

However, in the country of your residence it may be subject to local tax (eg the USA, I believe).
