TOMS Inhouse suplies

TOMS Inhouse suplies

Hi,

In house supply or not?

Is anyone an expert in TOMS out there? We operate events, buying in accomodation and travel and renting venues and setting up a show can you tell me if all of these come under TOMS? As they are all sold as a package? IE we do not sell the accomodation or travel only, it is only if booked with a show, we do sometimes sell show tickets seperate.
Or would the accomodation and travel fall under TOMS but the show itself (set up, venue hire and staff) be classed as an In house supply?

Please help - very confused! :?:

AN in-house supply is a supply from your own resources. If it is essentially your own show, then it is an in-house supply. HMRC Notice 709/5, para 2.12 provides the definition.
