Is there a special form available to transfer a share of 2nd property to my Husband (to avail our self of the extra CGT allowance) as I plan to sell our 2nd property(which is at present rented out, and we have never lived in it), or do you have to use a solicitor or estate agent.

Best to use a solicitor to ensure title passes correctly.
