Got a small amount of money from an serious wiplash and head injury and would like to use wisely, preferable in a property. I still need to get a morgage too as amount is not mearly enough. Is it worth it or should i just create a special needs trust and leave the money in the trust for my kids(both under 10yo)?. Would appreciate all advice from the Professional on this matter please.
