Does anyone know whether there are any tax issues with having a Danish resident or a Swedish resident as a Trustee of a Jersey discretionary Trust?
Does tha answer change if they are also beneficaries?
I assume if they receive any benefits they are taxable in those countries.

No issues from the UK tax point of view.
The prospective trustees need to find out how their countries treat a Trustee for tax purposes.
