UK property - Dutch resident

Hello,

We're being relocated to NL, and we're planing to rent our property in the UK (main residence). Where will we be paying taxes?
Few facts: we're both French, and only one of us will have a job when moving to NL.
Many thanks, we're very much confused at the moment.

Yes you will be liable to tax on UK property income. You will be also taxed on it in wherever you became tax-resident, the good news being that you will be able to offset UK tax suffered against that.
