Where Taxpayers and Advisers Meet
UK/US Tax Treaty on Pension Plans
I am a US citizen living in the UK after marrying a European national. I have a employer pension plan I need to transfer over, but I am not sure how to find a pension plan that is compliant with the US/UK tax treaty.

It is not possible to roll from a US qualified plan into a UK registered plan. Why do you want to do so though?
