Hi,
Sorry in advance if this has already been posted - I'm a newbie...
I've recently been in discussion with a company who say they can release pension funds (pre 55 years old) through an Umbrella Pension Trust and that all information is submitted to HMRC.
I've been in touch with HMRC but they are limited in the advice they can provide.
The following are parts of emails received - I've removed company names in case I get into trouble!

Any comments/advice would be appreciated.
