Undated Trust

I have a client with a trust which was set up a number of years ago. It has come to our attention that the trust was never dated. Could the trust be seen as not properly constituted and as a result not valid?

Lack of a date does not invalidate the trust.

Of course, it does raise the issue as to when it was therefore made.
