Takeaway shop uses online 3rd party company.
Do I have to record Vat on my sales total or on sales less the commision the 3rd party Take.

Does the shop sell the items to the 3rd party company; or to the customer?
VAT will probably be due on the gross value charged, before deduction. But you should have a clear contract, so it is clear who is buying what, and from whom?
