VAT on disbursements

VAT on disbursements

Postby beaches on Thu Nov 17, 2011 12:26 pm

We are a letting agency and often pay costs on behalf of our clients. We currently invoice these costs directly to our clients including VAT and attach a copy of the supplier invoice, which is in our name, for reimbusement.

If registered, are our clients able to reclaim the VAT without having their name on the supplier invoice. If not, how can we get around it?

Your clients would need to have a VAT invoice issued to them by the supplier if your clients are to recover the VAT.

Or you can just recover the input VAT yourself and make a recharge with no margin, same difference.
Do you adore to transfer your artistic and inventive qualities to renovate a part type? Perhaps your friends who tour your sanctuary head remarks about want they could levy you to change their premises.
