Vat refunds

Hi .. I have been here for nearly 3 years and I have been purchasing withing that duration . I just want to know , will I be able to refund my Vat from the years that I have been purchasing and where do I go to Claim, what are the procedures and what are the things taht I can claim of ?

The items you purchased were probably for use here and VAT applies. If you were a visitor and taking the items unused home with you then that is a different matter. Regards Peter
