Client (partnership not limited company)recently spent £900 constructing a cafe in a large unit he rents.

Am I correct in assuming there are no tax reliefs he can claim against this as it is an improvement to the landlords property.

Capital allowances to the extent that it is expenditure on plant and machinery (including fixtures).
