Who can be a Trustee?

What are the rules on who can and cannot be a trustee of a discretionary trust?

For example, if a trustee is convicted of a criminal offence can they still continue as a trustee?

Has it changed since 1925?

With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA

Thanks for that but could you point in the direction of where in the document I should be looking. I've had a look in Part III (Appointment and Discharge of Trustees) but its not clear.
