I don't understand the question. The details of a will could end up being revealed to a third party, including HMRC. If your concern is around the solicitor preparing the will then they would be subject to professional conduct standards and there services governed by their terms of business. You can't prevent somebody from breaching confidence, however there are measures there to discourage it and remedies available.

A will is confidential until death; on death the will is filed with Probate Registry and is then available to members of the public.Copies are also supplied to HMRC.

Thankyou for the replys!

Its the confidential until death I wanted to check.

I'm considering naming beneficiaries who's on means tested welfare. I'm concerned about any possable implications for them being named as a beneficiaries. The persons woundn't be aware of the will & I would not want them being made aware of the will via a third party.

Thanks again
