Working abroad & freelancing

I will soon be starting a teaching job in Poland. I intend to pay Polish taxes on income while I am working there. However, I also intend to do a little freelance writing work for UK publications (I won't be earning more than £4000 a year). Should I pay UK taxes for the freelance work?
