Working from abroad

Postby pdropl » Mon Sep 01, 2014 4:10 pm

Hi,

I've lived in London for about 10 years and I am freelancing here, but only for one company which is based in Spain.
I work about 35 hours per week and they pay me in £ in my UK account. I paid taxes here, as freelancer, the last couple of years, but now I have to move back to Spain for a year to finish a MA and I am going to still be paid in my UK account.
The question is, might I have problems if I don't live in the country and still being a freelancer here? What can I do?
I cannot get paid in Spain due to some Spanish laws, I work for a gambling company and this company cannot have workers in Spain.
