This honour recognises the work he has done to raise the profile and standing of the tax profession and, especially, further the understanding of the UK tax system.” John Whiting is one of the CIOT’s key spokespeople. Nick Goulding adds: “John can take a complex tax issue and make it accessible to journalists, politicians and the public.” John is also a member of the CIOT’s Low Incomes Tax Reform Group and is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
