Hi,
I have recently retired and would like to sell a property that has been rented out since 1991. I had lived in it as my main home when it was first purchased but rented it when I moved jobs and lived with my parents. I would like to know how to calculate the CGT but I cant remember how much the purchase price was all that time ago.
Any help gratefully received in how to do this and any reliefs I can claim.
