Closing a limited that has never traded

Postby Eck » Tue Dec 05, 2017 12:45 pm

I started a Ltd company with some director a few months ago hoping to pick up a new contract. Hasn't happened and im going back to employed work instead.

The company literally hasn't done a single transaction in or out. How do I close it neatly and ideally cost free?

With thanks

Form DS01. Completed and sent to Companies House. Together with a cheque for £10.

Remember to inform HMRC that no corporation tax return will be due.
