Is Entrepreneur visa fees tax deductible?

Hi,need advice on this please!
Is Entrepreneur visa fees and the legal fees tax deductible? The visa purpose is to be able to do business in UK and without the visa business will not be able to continue. And visa does not provides any free entry to any other countries for holiday. Purely for UK only. However, the only concern I have is because the visa allow client to stay in UK which may be seen as a benefit, so could it be argued it is not solely and exclusively for business? Thank you for all your kind attention.

The reply is no as it is not an expense in running the business it is an expense to put you in a position to run the business.
