Leaving the UK for good.

Postby Canadian Guy » Wed Aug 30, 2017 7:38 pm

Hi there,

I'll be leaving the UK permanently in the next week or so, and I was wondering whether I'd be entitled to a refund on my taxes. Thus far in 2017-18 I'll have made approx 7,000 pounds so I will be under the basic personal exemption. Can anyone let me know if this is refundable (I will not be making any more money in the UK, and I was on a family visa).

Thanks
