Hi,
I have a few BtL properties each with a BtL mortgage.
If I apply for further borrowing on one of these properties (ie/ increase the loan amount) can I offset any fee associated with that application for further borrowing.
I may choose to simply add the fee amount to the debt so I am not actually laying out this money but it is still classed as a fee.
To reiterate this would be further borrowing after I already own the property and not the initial mortgage to purchase the property in the first place.
Regards,
Mark
