Hello new to forum so bare with me please .im in 40 % tax bracket and rent out couple of properties.im getting married soon and wonderd the best way forward reguarding offsetting in my partners name who works part time.some advice given is deed of gift large percentage into wife's name but want to cover my interest's as well.any thoughts please?? Kind regards.
