Pension in Guernsey

Postby Platty » Tue Jun 12, 2018 3:04 pm

Hi There,

My Dad died recently and has a Pension which has been left to my Mum. The Pension is with a company in Guernsey. Can anyone tell me if my Mum was to
take a lump sum would she have to pay tax on it? My dad died at the age of 73.

Many Thanks.
