LTD Company Loan Repayments To Director

Postby J R » Thu Jul 20, 2017 11:04 pm

I have formed a limited company to buy and hold property and have loaned it money to buy a property outright. I dont intend to charge any interest but would like some clarification when I make repayments of the loan to myself from the rental profits of the company, are the repayments made pre or post corporation tax?

Ooops, ignore that. The repayment of a loan is not an expense that goes in the P&L account, therefore is not deductible for CT purposes.
