If I charge my daughter £200 a month to live at home do I have to declare it as taxable income?

Nope, I'm guessing rent a room relief would cover this. It's automatic so long as you don't go over the threshold.

Not 100% if it covers family members.

Contibutions from family members towards household expenses are outside the tax system.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
