Could you please advise on the tax Implication for Tier-2 Long term where source of employment is in India.

Expecting an offer from UK for a 2 year project in Dec 2017.

ICT Long term where source of employment will still be India

Do I need to pay any National Insurance for the first 52 Weeks? If yes, Can I claim back?
Can you please advise on TWR/DDR (Detachable Duty relief) norms and what expenses can be claimed?

I assume you will be working in the UK on a 2yr Visa and therefore no UK NIC will be payable for the first 52 weeks. NIC will be payable after the 52 week period.
