Where Taxpayers and Advisers Meet
Freeze lifetime allowance
My 4 final salary pensions and two money purchase pensions have, as I understand it, a lifetime allowance of £1.2M. I see from a recent DT article that with the LA reducing to £1M, unless I claim the £1.25M allowance, I will lose it. I've looked at the forms on line and they seem to be a tad complicated. I'm looking for someone fee based to help me through the process. Although East Midlands based, all this can be done by email and phone. Thanks
