rental property expenses

Postby orionwimsey » Fri Oct 20, 2017 9:00 am

I rent out a small flat which has just had major repairs and replacements of fittings. This has exceeded the rental income for the current year, a real net loss. Can I carryforward the net loss for this year to offset the income from next year?
