CGT on Company LTIPS for Non Resident

Postby Wharf » Sun Oct 22, 2017 11:20 am

Im looking for clarity on my tax position in relation to tax due - if any on cashing in LTIP's. Ive been living outside the UK for more than seven years. I suspect I am exempt form CGT ?
Is there any Income tax or National Insurance due?
Also on the sale of ordinary shares, again I think I am in the clear on any tax due ?

Many Thanks
