ATED Property income and expense

Postby Chanmuganathan » Wed Dec 20, 2017 12:39 pm

We have a nonresident company owns two UK properties. One property is being used by the owners of the company and pays ATED, the other is rented on a commercial basis. my question is:

Are the expenses incurred for ATED property are allowable for income tax purpose? what about ATED it self?

Thanks in advance.
