Tempory residency rules

Postby Yiannis17 » Sun Feb 18, 2018 12:37 pm

Good morning

If someone could please help. I am getting confused on the temporary residency rules, per HMRC guidance. If someone becomes non UK resident for one or two years after being UK resident for say the past 12 years, any income remitted into the UK whilst he is non resident, appears to be taxable in the Uk? Is that correct or should I start again.
