Royalties payout as expenses

Postby silberit » Sun Apr 08, 2018 6:54 pm

Hello everyone,

I am just about to register Ltd company to provide advertising channel between brands and famous stars.
The funds from companies will be accumulated on our account and sent to stars upon request (as royalties fo ex.).
Should the company pay corporate (20%) tax on the total amount of funds it receives or only on the actual net profit (before tax).

Thank you in advance!
