help with stamp duty for multiple dwellings

Can someone tell me what the stamp duty charge would be for selling 34 BTL properties (multiple dwellings relief) in one transaction averaging £82000.00 each?

There is no SDLT payable by the seller.

SDLT payable by the purchaser is £82,000 x 3% x 34 (presuming that MDR is due and that the purchase price is the true market value).

But it might be different if for a long time the properties have been owned by a partnership, not by you personally.
