I have a company director who owns two companies A Ltd and B ltd. He runs his payroll through A Ltd and is registered for auto enrolment. He now wants to transfer his employees to B Ltd and run the payroll through that.
How does he transfer the payroll over if he can? If not does he issues P45s and re register B Ltd for payee and auto enrolment?
Thank you
