N. I. a deductible expense?

Postby orionwimsey » Sun Jul 01, 2018 9:18 am

I am non UK resident, and have rental income from a UK property. For the first time this year the rental income will be higher than the personal allowance. If I elect to pay N.I. premiums, is that an allowable expense to set against my rental income? Thanks!
