Hi,
My client is having to close her business and go back to Slovakia in November 2018. She thinks she'll make a loss this tax year and is thinking of filing for bankruptcy. I can reduce her 2019 payments on account to zero, but can we establish a loss with HMRC before next April to maybe claim loss relief against the 2017/2018 profit sooner? Thank you for any help.
