Non UK resident

Postby Yiannis17 » Tue Oct 30, 2018 4:05 pm

I have a non EU resident who is a 50% shareholder in a UK company. The company is paying out its yearly dividend soon. is there a problem if the clients bank account is held in the UK and the dividend is paid to that instead of overseas to the country of his residence.

Thank you
