You need to double check with hmrc, I personally believe that no tax is payable on any income you have earned abroad as you were not uk resident.
You need to emphasise that you was NOT resident of Uk, however if you did earn money in the uk as the job was based here, then you need to pay tax!

Income is based on point of sale or wen the invoice is raised. Whether you receive the money straight away or 5 years down the line.
Vat registration is based on the turnover not wen U receive it

It appears you have already paid in advance 20% through cis, therefore depending on your business expenses etc, the income from delivero will be subject to tax but you May not need to pay any further Tax as you have already paid in advance.

Thanks Ral, its interesting reading. Just one question some people multiply the net profit before tax to come to a value, what is the average multiplication number and is that sensible???
