Hi,

I have set up a limited company (on my own) and with this limited company I have got a temporary contract through a well known accountancy agency.

Would I fall within IR35?

I would be interested to hear if anyone has experienced anything similar?

Many thanks for your reply.

If the tax man came across something he didn't like of this nature, presumably the risk to the tax payer is the amount deducted plus a bit of interest?
Or are there any significant fines?
