Change of address non residents

I am a non resident British citizen. Can anyone tell me if I have a legal obligation to inform HMRC when I change my address in my forign country.
I always file my self assessment on time every year

Non resident CGT

I bought my house in 1985 lived in the house until year 2000 moved out and let the property, also became became non resident in 2000.
Will I still be exempt from CGT up until 2015
After New rules are introduced in 2020

Gift with benifits

I bought a house for my daughter
I live abroad but have my post sent to the house I bought for her where she is now living.
In other words using the property as a c/o or postal address.
Would this property be classed as a "gift with benifits" by HMRC and subject to IHT as part of my estate when I die

Hi 7 years ago I bought a house abroad for my daughter 100% in her name, she is a british citezen but non resident and not domicile in the uk
I have lived in the house with her for the last 7 years, when I die is the property still subject to IHT I also have property in England in my name
