Rental property improvement

Hi, I had some work done on my rental property to improve it so I can re-let it, I can't get tax relief as an expences because its an improvement, am I entitled to claim some tax relief from cgt when I come to sell it?

Hi can anyone help. if I transfere ownership of my only home to my daughter (no money involved) does she still have to pay stamp duty on the value of the property? She is non resident.

So if it were under 125,000 would as a non resident still have to pay the 2% from April the first

If you claim property income allowance on your self assessment return by filling in 20.1
Do you still have to fill out 24 to 29 on your self assessment return (SA105)
