Thank you GTA for your informative reply. I appreciate it. Would I need to use a ACA ACCA chartered accountant? There appears to be many accountants that are not chartered. Finally, I found out that one could make a voluntary disclosure and after notification and application they allow up to 90 days...

I am 77 retired and haven't filed a tax return for years!

Not sure if this is the relevant section, but here goes anyway. Please tell me if not. I was forced into Bankruptcy in 2008 and have never really recovered (financially speaking) I am now 77 in good health and quite active. Anyway, since 2008 I haven't filed a tax return, probably lazyness & letharg...
