Gift aid

Im a treasurer for a charity that has members in England and Southern Ireland.

Would I be right in thinking that the members who gift their subscriptions etc will be ok for Gift Aid, but those relating to S.Ireland will not as they are not a UK tax payer.
thanks

Showjumping tax implications

Hi
I have a friend who has 4 horses and jumps them in shows and receives a set amount of sponsorship each month.

I understand the sponsorship is taxable on my friend but is the value of the horses allowable as capital allowances at 18%?

Thanks
Dave
