IHT leaving rental property

hi i have just bought a buy to let property worth 300,000 pounds
i have 200,000 pounds in cash
can anyone tell me if i would pay inheritance tax on the property if i die after 2020
or what would my IHT bill be
the property will be left to my daughter

just one thing example if my total IHT estate is worth 425,000 pounds on my death in 2018 and transfered to my daughter what would the IHT tax bill be.
as it has been rented out would TMRA still be applicable with a 425,000 threshold or would the 325,000 apply

As a non-resident you are liable to CGT on a sale of your property. There are three methods of calculating any capital gain on a sale and in your case the so-called "default" method is most likely to mitigate any CGT charge ie property revalued as at April 2015 and only any gain arising thereafter ...
