Self assesment no income

Hi i registered for self assement a while ago but ive not actually had any income from this yet so i dont have to pay NI or any income tax do i?

Ive filled in most of the form so far its just a bit of a mess

You say you registered for self assessment. Did you actually mean self employment?

You say you registered for self assessment. Did you actually mean self employment?
How do you register for self employment? He was correct to say he registered for self-assessment.

You can register for self-employment with HMRC. The link is https://www.gov.uk/log-in-file-self-assessment-tax-return/register-if-youre-self-employed.

Hi

Call HMRC and tell them you did not do any self-employment and had no income.
They have the power to withdraw a tax return.
Why fill in the return and risk making a mistake and more issues?
